• A pre-order is the reservation of a new item that is not yet available to ship but is available to purchase and will ship as soon as it arrives.. An estimated delivery date is indicated for each pre-order item on the product page.
Orders consisting of pre-order items with different delivery dates will be shipped together on the latest estimated delivery date.

• All orders can be picked up in store. Please select “instore pickup” when checking out
- We attempt to have all in-store pick ups ready within 2 hours but please wait until you receive the order ready notification prior to visiting the store.

If you find a better price from a Canadian retailer, let us know and we will do our best to price match. Price matching is done on a case by case basis and is not guaranteed.

Please package up the item and include a note inside the box stating "RETURN" and we will credit back the amount once processed.

Yes, we will happily accept returns at our store located at 1270 Eglinton Ave E. in Mississauga

Once processed, funds will take 5-7 business days to be returned to your card depending on your bank

Unfortunately our system does not allow the modification of orders. You can however return an item and purchase another.

How do I redeem my credits?
Sign in to your Mississauga Hardware account
- Fill in the billing/shipping address
- Fill in credit card info
- In the confirmation payment it will give you a summary on the top right corner of the page. In the payment summary section, there will be a green button labelled redeem.
- Enter in how much of your credits you would like to redeem, and it will be deducted off your total
- If you are still having trouble, remove $0.01 from the amount you are trying to redeem

If it is purchased within 30 days bring it instore for an exchange/refund. Outside of 30 days, please reach out to the manufacturer for repair or replacement
